Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Spotle (“the app”, “we”, “us”), published by TinySerious, handles your information. In short: Spotle does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.
Information we collect
None. Spotle does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, or any other personal information. The app has no user accounts and does not require an internet connection to play.
Data stored on your device
To make the game work, Spotle saves a small amount of information locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults). This includes:
- Your high scores, best level, and games-played count
- Your preferences (selected theme, sound/haptics setting)
- Your energy/lives state
- Whether you've purchased Spotle Pro
This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or anyone else, and is removed if you delete the app.
Tracking & advertising
Spotle does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA), and contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not show ads.
In-app purchases
Spotle offers optional in-app purchases (Spotle Pro and an Energy Refill). All purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card or billing details. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
Spotle is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles data (for example, if a future version adds new features), we'll update this page and revise the date above.
